Minerva: processing, portioning and packaging in protective atmosphere
La Minerva designs, develops and produces at its Bologna headquarters a wide range of food processing and packaging products.

The range has recently been extended with a series of machines and accessories that can be set up in a highly flexible and efficient COMPLETE PRODUCTION and PACKAGING LINE, designed to integrate the customer’s production process and work alongside other processing and packaging machines.
Our machines can be built into a “line” or used as separate “modules” for managing only part of the process.
The food product is first processed and portioned, and finally packaged in protective atmosphere for retail or for consumption in the foodservice industry.

PROTECTIVE ATMOSPHERE packaging is a modern way of preserving foodstuffs. It is extensively tested, practical, quick and easy to apply, low-cost and it presents some real advantages:

  • food stays fresh for longer in the chiller cabinet, in the cold room, at home, during transport and during processing
  • increased hygiene levels, in line with HACCP methodology
  • organoleptic, nutritional and trueness of variety characteristics maintained
